TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: September 3, 2026

Welcome to Los Compadres Trailers. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, requests for quotes, and, where applicable, transactions related to our products and services.

Los Compadres Trailers is a trade name operated by Los Compadres Trailers, a corporation registered in the State of Florida. References to “Los Compadres Trailers,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company” refer to such entity.

By using this website, requesting a quote, or entering into a transaction with Los Compadres Trailers, you agree to the terms applicable to such transaction, as well as any quote, purchase order, invoice, or additional agreement accepted by the parties.

1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Los Compadres Trailers sells trailers and provides configuration, equipment installation, and customization services according to the specifications selected for each project.

Photographs, digital representations, renderings, plans, designs, colors, graphic dimensions, and other images displayed on our website, social media, catalogs, or advertising materials are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

The final product may have reasonable variations depending on the agreed-upon specifications, availability of materials, equipment, components, manufacturers, and the particular characteristics of each project.

2. QUOTES

All quotes are prepared using the information and specifications available at the time they are issued.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a quote does not, by itself, constitute a final contract or guarantee the availability of units, materials, or equipment; a delivery date; financing approval; or future pricing terms.

Prices may change before final acceptance of an order. Any modification requested by the customer after approving a quote or order may result in additional charges and may modify the estimated completion time.

3. DOWN PAYMENT, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS

To initiate an order, reserve or purchase a unit, purchase materials, equipment, or components, or begin configuration or customization work, Los Compadres Trailers may require an initial payment (“Down Payment”).

Once the Down Payment has been received and the order has been accepted, such payment will be non-refundable if the customer decides to cancel, abandon, or discontinue the purchase or project, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The customer acknowledges that, after accepting an order, Los Compadres Trailers may immediately incur costs related to the acquisition or reservation of the trailer, materials, equipment, components, labor, design, administration, and project preparation.

Additional payments and the remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule established in the applicable quote, purchase order, invoice, or agreement.

Any exception or refund must be expressly agreed to in writing by Los Compadres Trailers. This provision does not limit any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGE ORDERS

Once the specifications of a project have been approved, any modification requested by the customer may be considered a change order.

Modifications may result in additional charges for materials, equipment, labor, design, administration, or other related costs and may extend the estimated completion time.

Los Compadres Trailers may require written approval and full or partial payment of the cost of the modification before performing the requested work.

5. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION, DEFAULT, OR ABANDONMENT

If, after accepting an order and making the Down Payment, the customer decides to cancel, abandon, or discontinue the project, the Down Payment policy stated above will apply.

Los Compadres Trailers may suspend work when payments are past due or when the customer fails to provide, within a reasonable period of time, the approvals, decisions, information, or documentation necessary to continue the project.

Any additional amounts that may be owed as a result of work already performed, equipment or materials purchased, authorized services, or other obligations will be determined in accordance with the specific transaction documents and applicable law.

6. COMPLETION TIMES

Any manufacturing, modification, completion, or delivery dates or time periods communicated to the customer are estimates unless Los Compadres Trailers expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed date.

Completion times may be affected by the availability of trailers, materials, components, or equipment; suppliers; transportation; inspections; weather conditions; customer-requested modifications; delays in payments or approvals; and other circumstances reasonably beyond the control of Los Compadres Trailers.

A reasonable delay does not automatically constitute cancellation of the order or, by itself, create a right to a refund of the Down Payment, subject to any rights available under applicable law.

7. DELIVERY, TRANSPORTATION, AND PICKUP

Delivery, transportation, or pickup terms will be established for each transaction. Unless expressly stated as included, transportation or shipping may result in an additional charge.

The purchaser must provide accurate destination information and reasonably cooperate in coordinating delivery or pickup.

Costs arising from additional delivery attempts, storage, or other circumstances resulting from the customer’s inability to timely receive a unit may be the customer’s responsibility when previously agreed upon or legally enforceable.

8. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE

The purchaser must review the specifications of the project before final approval and, where applicable, inspect the unit at the time of delivery or pickup.

Any apparent discrepancy from the agreed-upon specifications must be reported to Los Compadres Trailers as soon as reasonably possible.

Acceptance of the unit does not eliminate any warranty rights available under the applicable agreement or law.

9. PERMITS, LICENSES, INSPECTIONS, AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS

Requirements applicable to a food trailer or commercial trailer may vary depending on the state, county, city, and applicable health, fire, building, transportation, or other governmental authorities.

Unless Los Compadres Trailers expressly agrees in writing to provide a specific service related to a particular certification, inspection, permit, or approval, the purchaser is responsible for verifying the requirements necessary to register and legally operate the unit in the jurisdiction where the purchaser intends to use it.

Any specific requirements imposed by the customer’s jurisdiction that affect the unit’s configuration or equipment must be communicated to Los Compadres Trailers before final project approval.

No general information published on this website constitutes legal or regulatory advice or should be interpreted as a guarantee of approval by any governmental authority.

10. THIRD-PARTY EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS

Certain appliances, commercial equipment, systems, components, axles, tires, electrical systems, refrigeration equipment, fire suppression systems, or other products incorporated into a unit may be manufactured by third parties.

Where applicable, such products may be subject to the warranties, exclusions, and procedures established by their respective manufacturers.

Los Compadres Trailers does not automatically extend or expand warranties offered by independent manufacturers unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

11. WARRANTIES

The warranties applicable to each unit or service will be those specified in the documentation applicable to the transaction and, where applicable, those provided by the manufacturers of installed components.

Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, accidents, abuse, negligence, modifications performed by third parties, or use contrary to applicable specifications may be excluded from coverage to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Detailed terms may also be set forth in a separate Limited Warranty Policy.

12. FINANCING

Los Compadres Trailers may, when available, provide information about or access to financing alternatives offered by independent third parties.

All applications are subject to evaluation and approval by the applicable financing provider, including its own eligibility requirements, credit requirements, documentation, rates, payments, terms, and other conditions.

Los Compadres Trailers does not guarantee approval of any financing application.

Financing information published on this website does not constitute a direct offer of credit by Los Compadres Trailers or a promise of approval.

When a purchase is dependent upon financing, the terms relating to the Down Payment, approval, funding, and completion of the transaction may be established in the specific documents applicable to that transaction.

13. PRICES, TAXES, AND OTHER CHARGES

Prices may vary depending on trailer size, configuration, equipment, materials, customization, transportation, and other selected features.

Applicable taxes, governmental fees, registrations, permits, inspections, transportation costs, or other charges may be additional unless expressly stated as included.

14. INFORMATION AND MATERIALS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information relating to the project.

When providing logos, photographs, designs, trade names, graphic files, or other materials to be incorporated into the project, the customer represents that they possess the necessary rights or authorizations to use such materials and provide them to Los Compadres Trailers.

To the extent permitted by law, Los Compadres Trailers will not be responsible for claims arising directly from materials provided by a customer that the customer was not authorized to use.

15. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS, AND USE OF PROJECTS FOR MARKETING

The customer acknowledges and agrees that Los Compadres Trailers may photograph or record trailers, units, work, modifications, installations, and projects performed by the Company before, during, or after completion or delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer authorizes Original Mcbo Food and Bakery Corp., d/b/a Los Compadres Trailers, to use photographs, videos, and other audiovisual materials depicting the trailer or project for commercial, promotional, advertising, educational, and portfolio purposes, including publication on websites, social media, advertisements, catalogs, presentations, and other marketing media, without any obligation to provide additional compensation for such use of the project.

This authorization may include images in which the trade name, logo, lettering, decoration, or graphic design incorporated into the trailer is visible.

This provision does not, by itself, constitute authorization to use the personal image, voice, personal name, or testimonial of a customer or other identifiable person for advertising purposes when applicable law requires additional consent. Los Compadres Trailers may request a separate authorization for such uses.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Text, photographs, designs, graphics, logos, original content, and other intellectual property belonging to Los Compadres Trailers may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.

Trademarks, equipment, and products belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

17. USE OF THE WEBSITE

Users agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide truthful information when requesting information, quotes, or other services.

Los Compadres Trailers may modify, update, suspend, or remove website content when necessary.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Los Compadres Trailers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from the use or inability to use this website or from reliance on general information published on it.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, reduce, or limit any liabilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded, reduced, or limited.

19. TRANSACTION-SPECIFIC DOCUMENTS

These Terms and Conditions constitute general terms.

A specific purchase or project may also be subject to a quote, purchase order, invoice, sales agreement, customization agreement, warranty, or other documents.

If a document specifically accepted for a transaction establishes different terms with respect to that transaction, the terms of that document will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Florida and the United States.

Nothing in this provision is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Los Compadres Trailers may periodically update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in its operations, services, or legal requirements.

The current version will be the version published on this website together with its effective update date.
