LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty describes the coverage provided by Los Compadres Trailers (“Los Compadres Trailers,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company”) with respect to certain work performed directly by Los Compadres Trailers.

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

Los Compadres Trailers provides a one (1) year Limited Warranty covering defects attributable to workmanship and installation work performed directly by Los Compadres Trailers.

The warranty period begins on the date the unit is delivered to or picked up by the purchaser, as applicable.

This warranty applies exclusively to covered work and does not constitute an unlimited warranty covering the entire trailer, its components, or equipment.

2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

During the warranty period, Los Compadres Trailers will evaluate claims related to defects attributable to work performed directly by the Company.

When Los Compadres Trailers determines that a defect is covered under this Limited Warranty, the Company may, as appropriate:

• Repair the affected work.

• Correct the installation.

• Replace materials or components installed by Los Compadres Trailers, when applicable.

• Provide another reasonable solution based on the nature of the defect.

The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the claim and the rights provided under applicable law.

3. THIRD-PARTY EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS

Appliances, commercial equipment, refrigeration systems, air-conditioning systems, generators, fire suppression systems, hoods, exhaust systems, pumps, water heaters, axles, tires, electrical components, and other products manufactured by third parties are not manufactured by Los Compadres Trailers.

When such products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, they will be subject to the terms, warranty periods, procedures, and exclusions established by that manufacturer.

Los Compadres Trailers may provide the purchaser with available information regarding the manufacturer or supplier when reasonably necessary to assist with a warranty claim.

Installation work performed by Los Compadres Trailers may be covered under our workmanship warranty even when the installed product is subject to a separate manufacturer’s warranty.

4. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not cover damage or problems caused by:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Ordinary commercial use of consumable items.

• Failure to perform proper maintenance.

• Misuse, abuse, or negligence.

• Accidents, impacts, or collisions.

• Damage occurring during transportation performed by third parties after delivery, unless Los Compadres Trailers is legally responsible for such damage.

• Overloading of the unit.

• Use contrary to applicable specifications.

• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, flooding, fire, or other external events.

• Corrosion or deterioration caused by exposure, chemicals, or improper maintenance.

• Alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by the customer or third parties without authorization from Los Compadres Trailers when such work causes or contributes to the claimed problem.

• Problems arising from equipment or components manufactured by third parties that are not the result of defective installation performed by Los Compadres Trailers.

• Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery or acceptance of the unit.

5. THIRD-PARTY MODIFICATIONS

Modifications performed by third parties do not automatically void the entire warranty.

However, Los Compadres Trailers may exclude from coverage any defect or damage caused or aggravated by a modification, repair, installation, or other work performed by a person or company other than Los Compadres Trailers.

6. TRAILER MAINTENANCE

The owner is responsible for properly maintaining the unit and its equipment and components.

Failure to comply with reasonable maintenance requirements established by manufacturers or suppliers may affect coverage for problems directly related to such failure to maintain the unit or equipment.

7. HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

To request service under this Limited Warranty, the purchaser must contact Los Compadres Trailers at:

The request should include, whenever reasonably possible:

• Purchaser’s name.

• Unit identification information.

• Delivery or pickup date.

• A detailed description of the problem.

• Photographs or videos that allow the issue to be evaluated.

• Any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

Los Compadres Trailers may require an inspection of the unit before determining whether the claim is covered.

8. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS

The purchaser must provide Los Compadres Trailers with a reasonable opportunity to evaluate a covered claim before hiring third parties to perform repairs related to the claim.

Los Compadres Trailers does not guarantee reimbursement for repairs performed by third parties without prior written authorization, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

9. TRANSPORTATION FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

Unless Los Compadres Trailers expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise, expenses associated with transporting, towing, or delivering the unit to a location where it can be inspected or repaired are not automatically included under this Limited Warranty.

Before transporting a unit in connection with a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Los Compadres Trailers for instructions.

10. TIME TO REPORT A PROBLEM

The purchaser must report covered defects within the warranty period and as soon as reasonably possible after discovering them.

The owner is responsible for discontinuing use of the unit when it is apparent that continued use could substantially worsen the problem.

11. WARRANTY REMEDY

When a claim is covered, Los Compadres Trailers will have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the defect.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the applicable repair, correction, or replacement will constitute the remedy provided under this Limited Warranty.

Nothing in this provision limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. BUSINESS LOSSES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not provide compensation for lost sales, revenue, profits, business opportunities, food, inventory, operating time, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from the period during which a unit or equipment is out of service.

Nothing in this provision is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. NO WARRANTY OF REGULATORY APPROVAL

This warranty relates to certain workmanship defects and does not constitute a guarantee that a unit will be approved for operation in any particular jurisdiction.

Requirements imposed by health departments, fire authorities, building authorities, transportation agencies, and other governmental or regulatory authorities may vary by location.

Any specific commitment by Los Compadres Trailers regarding compliance with the requirements of a particular jurisdiction must be expressly stated in the applicable project documentation.

14. TRANSFER OF WARRANTY

Unless Los Compadres Trailers expressly agrees otherwise in writing, this Limited Warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the unit and does not automatically transfer to subsequent owners, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. OTHER WARRANTIES AND LEGAL RIGHTS

This Limited Warranty must be interpreted together with the documentation applicable to each individual transaction and applicable law.

This warranty gives you certain rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
