FINANCING POLICY

This Financing Policy describes the general terms related to any financing options that may be presented, facilitated, or made available to customers of Los Compadres Trailers (“Los Compadres Trailers,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company”).

1. THIRD-PARTY FINANCING

Los Compadres Trailers may, when available, provide information about or access to financing options offered by financial institutions, leasing companies, or other independent financing providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Los Compadres Trailers is not a bank, lender, or financial institution and does not directly extend consumer credit.

The availability of any financing option will be subject to the current programs and terms of the applicable provider.

2. APPROVAL

All financing applications will be subject to the independent evaluation and approval of the financing provider.

Criteria may include, among other things:

• Personal or business information.

• Credit history and credit profile.

• Financial capacity.

• Required documentation.

• Characteristics and value of the transaction.

• Internal requirements of the financing provider.

Los Compadres Trailers does not guarantee that any application will be approved.

3. FINANCING TERMS

Interest rates, down payments, periodic payments, terms, fees, financing costs, documentation requirements, and all other conditions will be determined by the applicable financing provider.

Any terms displayed on our website for illustrative purposes, including payment examples, should be understood as estimates or examples when identified as such and do not constitute a final offer of financing.

The final terms will be those contained in the documents provided or approved by the financing provider.

4. FINANCING APPLICATIONS

When a financing option is available, the customer may be directed to the website, form, platform, or application process of the applicable financing provider.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or obligate the customer to complete a purchase with Los Compadres Trailers, except for any separate obligations the customer may have already assumed through an order, agreement, Down Payment, or other document.

5. PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Independent financing providers may request personal, business, credit, or financial information to evaluate an application.

When the customer provides such information directly to the financing provider, the handling of that information will be subject to the applicable provider’s privacy policy and terms.

Los Compadres Trailers will seek to avoid requesting or storing sensitive financial information that is not reasonably necessary for its own operations.

Our use of personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. DOWN PAYMENT

A financed transaction may require a Down Payment or other initial payments.

The amount and recipient of those payments will depend on the specific terms of the sale and, where applicable, the financing provider’s program.

When a Down Payment is paid directly to Los Compadres Trailers after an order has been accepted, the terms set forth in our Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and transaction-specific documents will apply.

The approval, denial, or modification of a financing application does not automatically change the status of a previously agreed-upon Down Payment, unless the transaction documents expressly provide otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. FINANCING AND ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER

A financing application and a purchase order are processes that may be related but do not necessarily constitute the same agreement.

When an order is expressly conditioned in writing upon financing approval, the consequences of approval or denial will be determined according to that specific condition.

When an order is not expressly conditioned in writing upon obtaining financing, a subsequent denial of financing does not automatically constitute a cancellation without consequences of obligations previously assumed by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FINANCING PROVIDER

Any financing provider participating in a transaction will be an independent entity and will have its own terms, policies, procedures, and criteria.

Los Compadres Trailers may cooperate with the provider to facilitate documentation reasonably necessary regarding the unit, quote, invoice, order, or delivery.

The existence of a business relationship between Los Compadres Trailers and a financing provider does not mean that Los Compadres Trailers controls the provider’s credit or approval decisions.

9. PAYMENTS TO THE FINANCING PROVIDER

When the customer enters into an agreement directly with a financing provider, payment obligations under that agreement must be fulfilled in accordance with the provider’s documents.

Los Compadres Trailers cannot modify, forgive, extend, or renegotiate obligations that the customer has directly with a financing provider unless expressly authorized to do so.

10. TRAILER PRICE

The price of a unit will be determined according to the quote, configuration, equipment, customization, and other characteristics of the transaction.

Financing costs, when applicable, may be separate from the trailer’s sale price and will be subject to the financing provider’s terms.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY

The publication of financing information on this website does not guarantee that any specific program will remain permanently available.

Programs, providers, criteria, and terms may change, be suspended, or become unavailable.

Los Compadres Trailers may update financing information as necessary.

12. USE OF PROVIDER NAMES OR LOGOS

The names, trademarks, and logos of financial institutions or financing providers belong to their respective owners.

Los Compadres Trailers will publicly display or use the name, logo, or trademark of a financing provider only when authorization exists or when there is a relationship permitting such use.

This is particularly important at this time: we will not display the Clicklease logo or state “Financing by Clicklease” until an actual relationship has been established and we have authorization to do so.

13. FINANCIAL DECISIONS

Los Compadres Trailers does not provide financial, credit, tax, or legal advice.

Each customer should carefully review the terms of any financing before accepting it and determine whether it is appropriate for their circumstances.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Financing Policy may be updated to reflect new providers, programs, processes, or requirements.

The current version will be the version published on this website together with the date of the most recent update.
